Payment
To secure a reservation Destin Excursions requires a 50% deposit. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards. If paying with a credit card there is also a 3.5% credit card (CC) processing fee. When paying by credit card, we require a credit card number and other credit card info, for example, the CVV number, expiration date, and zip code to secure the charter.
By signing the agreement you agree to the following: if you choose to cancel your charter we require 2 days advance notice before the day of the charter so we can re-book that day. If Destin Excursions is not given at least 2 days advance notice before the scheduled charter date, Destin Excursions reverses the right to keep your 50% deposit.
The remaining balance can be paid at the end of the trip. It is possible to pay all or part of the balance at any time prior to arrival if desired.

Cancellations
Should you choose to cancel your charter the following restrictions apply: (1) if you cancel 2 days or more prior to the day of your charter, Destin Excursions will refund your 50% deposit fee but not the 3.5% CC processing fees (if you paid with a major credit card). (2) If you cancel less than 2 days Destin Excursions reserves the right to keep your 50% deposit fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled date you will be charged an additional 50% fee. If Destin Excursions cancels on or before the day of the charter, Destin Excursions will refund all charges except the 3.5% CC processing fees (if you paid with a major credit card).eIneeeeeeeeI
Inclement Weather / Mechanical Issues
The Miss Clarissa is equipped with a state-of-the-art chart plotter with live SIRIUS XM weather. Captain Brian is able to track any weather around the boat in real time. Also, we do not cancel sunset excursions due to cloud cover (the sun is still setting, it's just behind the clouds). If it is not raining or extremely windy, we still go. If the boat breaks, (because they do occasionally) and we put you on a different boat you are still bound to this reservation policy agreement.
No Show
If you fail to show up on the day of the charter, we will charge your credit card an additional 50% fee, regardless of the reason.
